Always when material is moved, there will be wear. Sometimes the wear is slow and gradual, sometimes rapid and unexpected. In the worst case accelerated wear can lead to plant stoppage. CWMT has equipment, materials and methods on its program which solve wear problems all the way to overcome erosion, abrasion, impact and cavitation.

In Europe we represent Thermo Vac, Inc, a much renowned US steel fabricator specializing in wear resistant ceramics and carbides. Thermo Vac´s exclusive vacuum bonding system gives outstanding impact resistance and provide bond strengths which would be impossible with any other method than vacuum bonding.

Our ceramics for standard applications are attached by welding, mechanically or by standard adhesives. Well proven and cost effective.
